Fractured Finger from Car Accident

We recently had the pleasure of representing a 60 year old man that was injured when the defendant ran a stop sign.  He suffered a fractured finger that really wreaked havoc on his summer and impacted him for a long time after that.  He was an avid musician and traveler and was really hampered by the injuries he suffered and the treatment that he had to undergo.  Once all of his treatment was completed his medical records totaled $21,000 and we were able to resolve the matter for $93,505.
