Laws for Paws: Thank You for Your Generosity

laws for pawsOver the holidays, Mike Lewis Attorneys launched a holiday pet drive to collect donations of food, toys and clothing items.

The pet drive was named “North Carolina’s Laws for Paws Pet Food Drive” and it was an enormous success.

We are proud to announce the results of the Laws for Paws and want to thank all of the members of our community far and wide who participated.

We successfully raised almost 700 lbs of pet food! Additionally, generous donors donated money, collars, leads, toys and other items for homeless animals.

The donations will be sent to Forsyth County Animal Control and the Animal Rescue & Foster Program.

Our firm collected so much more than we anticipated and we can only say that we are beyond thankful for everyone’s generosity. These donations and gifts will help animals in need including those that are still waiting to be adopted.

At Mike Lewis Attorneys, we take our commitment to the community seriously and we are proud to have so many individuals join us in making the world a better place for homeless and neglected pets.

Three cheers to everyone who helped and to everyone who donated!
